We are looking for 4 people to join us in January at our newly opened Crazypet Tomelloso store. Here’s more information about the position: **RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS** * Greet, serve, and kindly advise customers who contact or visit the store, answering their questions and providing requested information about products or any other matters related to the store. * Actively participate in promotional activities (offering promotions to customers). * Maintain, clean, and keep store facilities, products, and materials in perfect condition. * Receive, restock, and arrange merchandise delivered to the store. * Create a pleasant environment and deliver personalized service tailored to each visitor’s needs. * Apply your passion for high-quality personal service in every case. * Help each animal and its family feel at home throughout their entire stay in the store. * Process payments, returns, and all other transactions associated with point-of-sale (POS) systems—including cash, card, and any other authorized payment methods. * Minimize queues as much as available resources allow. * Conduct cash counts, cash register closings, and safe closings. * Report incidents involving IT systems, electronic devices, or any other issues that may affect the store’s proper operation. * Implement new campaigns, display posters, apply labels, and update signage/pricing. * Manage product-related incidents by reporting them to your direct supervisor and the order support department. * Handle delivery notes—verifying accuracy regarding delivered quantities and entering data into the system. * Open and close the store. * Regularly monitor product shrinkage, expiration dates, and donations. * Conduct stock counts and inventory checks upon request from the store manager. * Adhere to task schedules prepared by the store manager. * Immediately and systematically inform the store manager of any event or unforeseen situation occurring in the store that may be significant. **COMPETENCIES** * Results-oriented * Teamwork * Adaptability to change * Proactivity and initiative * Attention to detail * Customer orientation * Results orientation **POSITION REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 1 year of experience in the pet industry or in customer service within the retail sector is preferred. * Basic computer skills. * Love for animals and commitment to delivering a unique experience to every person. * Positivity, enthusiasm, vitality, and motivation. * Availability to work rotating and/or split shifts. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * Responsibility, strong team spirit, and commitment. * Temporary * Part-time * 13700, Tomelloso, Ciudad Real, Spain Apply now
