Job Summary: The Supplier QA Engineer will support the development and execution of quality control programs across EMEA, translating customer specifications into product criteria and managing quality issues. You will also address day-to-day production quality issues at manufacturing facilities, customer sites, and supplier locations throughout the region. This role is open to any Flowserve location in EMEA and requires effective coordination across diverse teams and countries. Your Responsibilities Coordinate production teams across various EMEA sites to plan and execute incoming and in-process inspections Manage relationships with customers and third-party inspectors operating across different EMEA countries Participate in quality testing and audits at external suppliers within the regional supply base Participate in Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) events at EMEA sites and regionally Monitor KPIs for the regional product portfolio and lead corrective actions based on root cause analysis to close gaps against targets Manage customer witness inspections across various EMEA manufacturing facilities Maintain and analyze quality data from multiple sites to provide insights or identify issues for management and stakeholders Raise awareness among the Leadership community regarding identified opportunities and how to realize them Collaborate with internal departments and international teams to clarify or resolve technical issues related to QC activities Provide all documentation required by the QAP to customers, coordinating with internal departments and closing all documentation requests Perform other duties assigned to support regional quality objectives Your Profile Engineering degree Excellent English language skills Engineering experience and familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma tools and methodologies Experience in a quality control department Understanding of product/process flow Strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) in a relevant field and at least 5 years of relevant experience We offer a variety of benefits depending on the specific EMEA location.
