Badger Maps is a bootstrapped company that builds route planning software for field salespeople that dramatically improves operations through route optimization, smart scheduling, CRM integration, and other cool features! We’re looking for an **Implementation Specialist** to join our team and help customers successfully adopt and get value from our routing platform. In this role, you’ll lead onboarding and implementation projects, work closely with customers to understand their workflows and configure solutions to meet their needs. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, adoption, and long\-term success by ensuring each implementation is delivered efficiently, accurately, and with a strong focus on client experience. ### **What to expect:** * Help clients identify their needs and define their desired integration setup * Connecting Badger to our customers' CRMs * Assisting with current CRM integrations * Manage communication and expectations between clients and the engineering team during the integration setup process * Collaborate with Engineering and Customer Success to improve our tools and processes ### **What we're looking for:** * 1\+ year of experience in customer\-facing roles in an English\-speaking environment, either on the phone or in\-person. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English * Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems * Highly independent, detail\-oriented, and process\-driven, with strong organizational and multitasking skills * Adaptable and comfortable learning new CRM systems and adjusting to evolving processes and workflows * Ability to work 11:30 AM\- 7:30 PM CET ### **Nice to have:** * Experience with API or system integrations * Familiarity with Jira/Atlassian, Custom JavaScript, JSON, and technologies such as APIs or FTP ### **What we offer in return:** * Flexible schedule * Hybrid work set\-up: 2 days from home and 3 days in the office * Benefits: Private health insurance, Cobee benefit scheme, seniority days, sabbatical \& volunteering time off for the cause of your choice * Personal Development: Training allowance for books \& courses \+ separate allowance for Spanish/English classes
