Human Design Group is an independent group with over 120 employees in France, Spain, and Germany. **Human Design Spain**, a subsidiary established in 2021 in Vigo, currently employs 6\-7 professionals working on ergonomics and UX design projects for the automotive industry. Human Design Spain is currently experiencing rapid expansion. As part of this growth, we are recruiting new, motivated talents eager to take on fresh challenges and contribute to the ergonomics of embedded human\-machine interfaces and the user experience associated with them within automotive innovation projects. **Mission / Team** We seek to recruit a **UX Researcher (F/H/D)** to join a team of 6 ergonomic consultants and UX researchers/designers at our Vigo site. You will report directly to the Entity Manager. The role involves integrating and considering users/customers as early as possible in the design cycle of features and services that will equip tomorrow’s vehicles. Your responsibilities include: * Conducting regular monitoring of emerging human\-system interaction methods; * Identifying, through usage analysis, key user requirements shaping the design of digital features and services embedded in vehicles; * Preparing and facilitating user workshops and focus groups to elicit and co-design digital solutions aligned with user expectations; * Specifying the ergonomic implementation (screen content and layout, interface behavior, navigation, etc.) of future embedded features and services; * Creating static or dynamic prototypes of human\-system interfaces for one or more features of a given system; * Performing expert ergonomic analyses of existing human\-system interfaces; * Designing, conducting, and analyzing user tests on simulators or in real driving conditions; * Evolving responsibilities. You hold a **Master’s degree in Ergonomics, UX Design, or Human Factors Engineering**. You are drawn to the automotive sector and innovation.
