




Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Control Technician to supervise quality across all production stages in the paper industry, performing inspections, recording controls, and collaborating on corrective actions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive quality supervision from raw materials to final product. 2. Active collaboration with production on corrective and preventive actions. 3. Support in internal and customer audits. Quality Control Technician for a paper industry company located in the Flaçà area. The role involves supervising quality throughout all production stages, from raw materials to final product. Responsibilities include visual and dimensional inspection of components such as covers and blocks, as well as detailed recording of each control—either in physical or digital format. Specific sampling plans will be applied, and identification and isolation of any non-conforming products will be managed, with immediate reporting of incidents. Additionally, the candidate will actively collaborate with the production team to implement corrective and preventive actions, and provide support during internal and customer audits. Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with rotating morning and afternoon shifts, including statutory breaks. An indefinite-term direct contract with the company is offered. * Minimum 3 years’ experience performing similar tasks in industrial environments. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * We seek a dynamic and versatile individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * Proficient spoken and written Catalan and/or Spanish.\- Intermediate-to-advanced English level. * GM/GS in Quality Analysis and Control or equivalent.\- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and record-keeping systems.\- Knowledge of measurement tools.
