Together, we are and create Mapfre. **Location:** Las Tablas, Madrid **Department:** Internal Audit of Technology \& Cybersecurity **What will you do in this position?** ------------------------------------- * Join a multicultural global team, with members located in over 10 different countries. * Be involved in and lead audit engagements—from planning and fieldwork execution to delivering improvement recommendations. * Audits will include reviewing areas such as information security, business continuity, project management, system architecture, software development, data and AI, among others. * Participate in defining Audit Plans, identifying and evaluating the most relevant technological risks. * Support the company’s Digital Transformation strategy. Engage in initiatives to explore emerging technologies and their real-world business applications, identifying associated risks and controls to mitigate them. * Be based in Madrid, though occasional travel to countries where MAPFRE operates may be required. **What profile are we looking for?** --------------------------------- * We seek a Technology and Cybersecurity Auditor—or a similar role—with **at least 4 years of experience** in the described field. Proven experience in **reviewing technological, security, and data (AI) controls** is required. * **Qualifications:** Computer or Telecommunications Engineers, or Mathematicians with a technological background. * **Experience:** + Participation in reviews of IT General Controls (ITGCs), Cloud, Cybersecurity, and/or DevOps development processes, demonstrating comprehensive understanding of technological processes and associated risks. + Experience assessing data quality, governance, and traceability, ensuring ethical and responsible use. Ability to audit Artificial Intelligence processes, automation, and analytics platforms, guaranteeing transparency and security. * **Knowledge:** Programming knowledge. We do not require you to be a programmer, but you must be able to solve problems by automating tasks and activities. Python experience is highly valued. * **Competencies:** Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Building long-term relationships with key stakeholders is a core part of our work. High oral and written English fluency is essential, as part of our work involves collaboration with English-speaking countries. **Willingness to travel**, subject to prevailing circumstances (up to 10% of annual time). **We value positively:** * Data analytics and AI knowledge; experience with ACL is a strong plus. * Experience in compliance audits (e.g., GDPR or DORA), and familiarity with standards/norms such as NIS, ISO 20000 or 27000, etc. * Experience conducting project audits and knowledge of management standards. * Experience in the insurance or banking sector. * Experience in automating audit testing using Python, PowerShell, or other tools. * Knowledge or Master’s degrees in information security and/or auditing. * Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, PMP, ITIL, etc. **What do we offer?** ---------------------- A flexible schedule and 124 hours of remote work per quarter, adaptable to your needs.
