Roller Compactor Operator for Public Works

Description

We are seeking a roller compactor operator to handle asphalt roller compactors for pavement construction and public works projects. Responsibilities include compacting bituminous mixtures in accordance with technical specifications, performing basic inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth project execution. A minimum of 12 months' experience as an earthmoving machinery operator or similar equipment operator is required. This position offers a full-time indefinite employment contract. Working hours are split between morning and afternoon shifts, with continuous working hours during summer. Immediate start is required; workdays are Monday through Friday, with daily return home. The gross annual salary is €22,598.04, based on the Construction Collective Agreement for the province of Cuenca, and includes a monthly pension plan.
