We’re waiting for you! We seek to incorporate into our team a professional with experience in payroll process management and a strong customer orientation. Your mission will be to execute the necessary HR administration, payroll, social security, and tax processes for assigned clients—ensuring defined quality standards, regulatory compliance, and maintaining close client relationships. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll contribute to the company’s success by… * Loading, migrating, and validating data from the recruitment application into the payroll application. * Ensuring and/or executing the collection and loading of payroll incidents (hours worked, commissions, allowances, absenteeism), verifying the accuracy and validity of received information. * Calculating all salary-related items and payroll and payment processes (settlements, flexible remuneration, severance payments, allowances, bonuses, etc.), including regular, supplementary, and retroactive calculations. * Preparing payroll reports and statements for client companies. * Preparing and filing payroll tax declarations within established deadlines and managing tracking lists for such declarations. * Accurately calculating, managing, and filing social security contributions and CRA (Annual Social Security Summary). * Calculating and preparing client company accounting entries. * Addressing and resolving client queries regarding payroll processes and cycles; coordinating higher-level inquiries with advisory teams. * Conducting salary cost studies and payroll simulations. * Supporting and reviewing compliance with procedures carried out by technical assistants on the team. * Adhering to established quality and management processes (SLAs and procedures), validating and executing follow-up on defined checklists. * Collaborating functionally to identify opportunities for continuous process improvement. * Executing assigned tasks as a functional tester for new functional developments. Requirements What we seek in our ideal candidate: * Higher Vocational Training (FP II) in Administration and Finance. * Familiarity with payroll and HR management tools. * Knowledge of payroll / Social Security / Personal Income Tax (IRPF). * Microsoft Office (especially Excel). The following would be highly valued—but are not mandatory: * University degree or diploma in Labor Relations or related field. * English language proficiency at B2 level. * Knowledge of expatriate payroll. * Expertise in special payroll schemes or social benefits (e.g., Flexible Remuneration / Taxation / Social Security Contributions).
