You will be responsible for monitoring alerts, analyzing security events, conducting preliminary investigations, and applying containment measures for low-complexity incidents, escalating critical cases when necessary. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Continuous monitoring of security events and alerts. * Log analysis and identification of suspicious activities. * Initial investigation and response to incidents. * Escalation of complex incidents to higher-level teams. * Preparation of incident reports and documentation. * Coordination with internal teams and clients. * Basic maintenance of security tools. * Participation in simulations and continuous process improvement. ### **Requirements** * Knowledge of cybersecurity and networking (TCP/IP, UDP). * Experience or knowledge of antivirus, firewalls, and IPS. * Familiarity with Windows and Linux. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Basic scripting knowledge (Python or PowerShell). **What will you enjoy working here?** ------------------------------------- We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Development and Work-Life Balance initiatives, including but not limited to: * Onboarding support through our Buddy Program. * 24 vacation days \+ 2 personal days \+ December 24 and 31 \+ option to purchase up to 7 additional vacation days per year. * Continuous learning opportunities: access to MyLearning, Capgemini University, Digital Campuses, and Professional Communities.
