Payment handling and incident management with problem-solving skills We are looking for a person to work at the reception desk in Cangas de Onís (Asturias). Main responsibilities include greeting guests, responding to their inquiries, resolving questions, and providing friendly and efficient service. It will be necessary to manage guest check-in and check-out, assign available rooms, and issue corresponding keys. Additionally, the candidate will handle reservations received via telephone, email, or digital platforms, ensuring accurate availability. The selected candidate will also prepare invoices, process payments, and manage any possible incidents. It is important to possess skills for handling complaints and finding quick solutions. Knowledge of foreign languages—especially English—and proximity to the area will be valued. This position offers a full-time temporary employment contract, and salary will comply with the applicable collective agreement.
