This involves leading the implementation of continuous improvement and Lean tools, training teams, monitoring project execution, and advising other departments. Requirements include a degree in Industrial Technical Engineering or equivalent, prior experience in continuous improvement or Lean within the industrial sector, and strong teamwork, communication, and results-oriented skills.
