Your Role in the Team: Your primary mission will be to ensure the accuracy and detailed recording of financial transactions. To achieve this, you will play an essential operational role within the economic-financial team, providing support in the daily execution of accounting and administrative processes, as well as in procurement management and supplier relations. This will enable us to maintain precise, up-to-date knowledge of our financial position at all times. Your Duties and Responsibilities: * Accounting document organization: Ensuring all documents are properly filed for internal use and control. * Daily posting of bank movements into the accounting system. * Periodic bank reconciliations to ensure alignment between accounting records and bank statements, as well as supplier account reconciliations to ensure correct application of payments and accounting balances. * Recording of supplier invoices, ensuring timely and accurate registration. * Internal procurement management: requisitioning, tracking, and payment processing according to organizational requirements. * Direct interaction with suppliers: requesting invoices. * Administration of procurement history and maintenance of an updated supplier register. * Review and accounting of staff expenses, verifying compliance with internal policies and supporting documentation.
