Industrial Plant Operator

Description

An industrial plant operator position is available in Campo de Criptana, Ciudad Real. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring and controlling equipment operating parameters, maintaining order and cleanliness in work areas, identifying and resolving incidents to ensure the facility operates at maximum efficiency, performing basic maintenance tasks on plant systems, and complying with established safety regulations. Candidates with their own vehicle, a valid type B driving license, immediate availability to start, basic knowledge of mechanics or electricity, prior experience as an operator in industrial plants, a proactive attitude and ability to work in a team, and residence near the workplace are preferred. Employment conditions include an indefinite-term contract with full-time working hours, rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday (morning, afternoon, and night), and a gross annual salary of 18.122,65 euros, adjustable according to the applicable collective agreement and the candidate's experience.
