We are seeking a Staffing Office Leader to lead our office in Vigo. If you are passionate about people development and possess commercial experience, this is your opportunity! Your responsibilities will include: Planning, organizing, and managing the branch by developing commercial strategies that drive growth in the region. Acquiring and retaining clients, ensuring long-term relationships. Preparing and managing the office’s annual budget. Coordinating and optimizing the workforce, ensuring smooth operations and full compliance with all legal and labor obligations. Monitoring and controlling key performance indicators defined by management. Ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System. What we offer: Permanent contract. Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 09:00–18:00; Friday, 08:00–15:00. Fixed salary plus variable compensation based on annual objectives. Experience in Temporary Work Agencies is valued. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; e\-OER knowledge is a plus. Leadership ability to guide and supervise the technical team. Personal vehicle. University degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Law, or related field. Residence in Madrid or surrounding areas.
