




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant to handle document management, telephone support, assistance with invoicing, and personnel oversight. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assistance with invoicing and expense control We are looking for an administrative assistant to join our team in Campo de Criptana (Ciudad Real). Main responsibilities will include document management and archiving, handling telephone calls and emails, as well as providing support for invoicing and expense control tasks. Collaboration in personnel oversight will also be required. A training contract is offered to obtain professional practice experience, on a part-time morning schedule from 09:00 to 13:00, totaling 4 hours per day. Prior experience of at least 12 months in similar positions will be valued. The gross monthly salary will be €610.5, including pro-rated extra payments.
