You will participate in the **design, development, testing, and deployment** of RPA automations, integrating robots into high-impact business processes using a collaborative methodology with **Applications/Consult** teams. **Who You Are** **Responsibilities** * Design and develop RPA *workflows*, adhering to secure and reusable development standards. * Prepare **PDD/SDD** (Process/Solution Design Documents) and test cases. * Integrate robots with corporate applications and APIs; execute UAT and support deployment. * Document and version automations; collaborate with platform/observability teams. * Participate in **code reviews** and continuous improvement. **Requirements (Must)** * Degree or vocational training (FP) in Computer Science or related field (recent graduate or 0–2 years of experience). * Knowledge of **RPA** tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism). * Programming skills in **C\# / .NET, Python**, or **VB**; proficiency with **Git**. * Understanding of **REST APIs** and system integration. * English at B2 level; strong teamwork and communication skills. **Desirable (Nice to have)** * Junior certification in an RPA platform. * Experience with **automated testing** and **CI/CD**. * Knowledge of **observability** (logs, metrics) and basic **security** concepts. **Being You** Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
