We are seeking a Workshop Instructor to join our team and deliver activities across various municipalities in the province of Pontevedra. If you are passionate about working with people, enjoy facilitating group activities, and possess skills to deliver educational, cultural, or leisure workshops, we would love to meet you. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan and deliver the content of assigned courses * (30-hour workshops in flexible format) * Encourage active participation, foster group cohesion, and promote a positive and dynamic atmosphere during sessions. * Workshops include: healthy cooking, medicinal plants, pilates, yoga, maintenance gymnastics, cognitive stimulation, music therapy, laughter therapy, mindfulness, furniture restoration, crafts and DIY, ballroom dancing, tambourine, basic computer skills, mobile phone usage, mobile photography, and drawing. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 120 hours of direct teaching experience related to the subject matter or content of the workshop to be delivered. * Official qualification, regulated certification, or professional certificate appropriate and aligned with the workshop topic. * Own vehicle. * Strong communication skills and exceptional empathy. * Instructors passionate about active aging, social animation, and well-being.
