Engage strategic partners within the technology ecosystem The Career Services Department at CEU San Pablo University is looking to hire a career advisor for the polytechnic school and creativity campus. Education:* Graduates in ADE, Economics, Law, Engineering, Pharma, Communication, Marketing, etc. * An MBA or similar degree from a prestigious business school is desirable, as is certification in assessment tools such as PDA, MBTI, etc Responsibilities:* Identification of national and international career opportunities aligned with students’ and graduates’ profiles from the School of Engineering and Architecture, including fields such as computer engineering, telecommunications, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and architecture. Focus on engineering firms, technology companies, industrial corporations, construction and infrastructure companies, architectural studios. * Organization and active participation in professional and technology\-focused events, such as tech career fairs, employer networking sessions, industry roundtables, coding competitions, and ecosystem engagement initiatives.Driving the University’s entrepreneurship strategy, promoting innovation and venture creation among students and graduates. This includes participation in entrepreneurship events, organization of targeted initiatives and specialized training programs (e.g., startup development, innovation methodologies...), and actively promoting entrepreneurship as a viable and strategic career pathway. * Identification and engagement of strategic partners within the technology ecosystem. Objective: to establish long\-term relationships, both nationally and internationally, in order to channel job and internship opportunities through University Career Services, as well as to foster participation in career fairs, hackathons, demo days, and innovation\-focused events. * Specialized career advising within the technology sector, including market insights, job search strategies in IT, application preparation, international employability, tech entrepreneurship, and professional development in digital environments. Experience:* 3 to 5 years of experience * Experience in professional recruitment consulting, particularly in the field of technology, is highly valued.
