Job Summary: We are seeking a waiter/waitress assistant to serve customers, set up tables, assist with food and beverage service, and support the team with basic tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and assistance in the dining room, on the terrace, and at the bar. 2. Table setup and clearing, maintaining order and cleanliness. 3. Assistance with basic tasks and support for the team. We are looking for a waiter or waitress assistant to work in Gijón (Asturias). Main responsibilities include serving customers in the dining room, on the terrace, and at the bar, always following instructions from the supervisor. You will also be responsible for setting up and clearing tables, maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area. Additionally, you will assist with food and beverage service by delivering dishes and products to tables, and collaborate on basic tasks such as restocking supplies, cleaning utensils, and supporting the team during service. Regarding requirements, prior experience in the hospitality industry is valued but not mandatory. Holding a food handler’s certificate or training in food hygiene is considered an advantage. Offered terms include an indefinite intermittent contract, full-time working hours with a split schedule. Salary complies with the Hospitality Collective Agreement of the Principality of Asturias.
