Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future.** ACCIONA, within its Construction business line, requires the incorporation of a Production Manager for an important building project in Sanxenxo (Pontevedra).**Job Description** Mission: Collaborate and support projects carried out by their business unit/department, in accordance with guidelines provided by their supervisor, to improve both decision-making and project execution processes through their work. They are responsible for executing construction contracts. They plan, optimize, and supervise resource utilization to ensure construction works are completed on schedule, according to specifications, and within budget. Among their most common responsibilities are: managing contracts and obtaining required permits and licenses; preparing budget estimates; planning and defining construction phases; supervising subcontractor and subordinate or labor personnel activities; verifying progress achieved and work quality throughout all project phases; representing the company in relevant matters, etc. Responsibilities: ### **Responsibilities** The selected candidate will be responsible for tasks such as: * Daily planning, organization, and monitoring of construction site activities. * Coordination of in-house teams, subcontractors, industrial partners, and suppliers. * Supervision of construction unit execution, ensuring compliance with drawings, measurements, quality standards, and technical specifications. * Monitoring productivity, construction progress, scheduling, and milestone achievement. * Supporting the Site Manager in economic project monitoring, cost control, production tracking, and variance analysis. * Coordination with the Technical Office to resolve technical queries, review drawings, measurements, modifications, and construction documentation. * Tracking orders, stockpiles, materials, and auxiliary equipment necessary for proper execution of works. * Ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety procedures on site. * Participation in planning, production, subcontractor coordination, and construction progress meetings. * Identifying, reporting, and proposing solutions for technical, production-related, or scheduling incidents. * Assisting in preparation of certifications, comparative analyses, measurements, and production-related documentation. * Supervising finishes, inspections, partial handovers, and coordination of final construction phases. * Managing daily communication with foremen, supervisors, subcontractors, and the rest of the construction team. **Candidate Requirements** * University degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), or equivalent. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in production roles within building projects. * Experience in residential building construction execution. * Solid knowledge of construction processes, construction planning, measurements, costs, quality, and occupational health and safety. * Ability to coordinate subcontractors, industrial partners, suppliers, and construction teams. * Proficiency in construction planning, measurement, and management tools. * Knowledge of AutoCAD, Presto, MS Project, BIM/Revit, or similar tools is desirable. * Leadership profile with autonomy, strong organizational capacity, and results orientation. * High problem-solving ability, decision-making capability, and ability to work under pressure. * Willingness to work on-site and adapt to project requirements. *We are a company that values diversity as a source of talent and therefore strive to foster an inclusive environment promoting respect, belonging, and commitment—ensuring equal opportunities for all.
