Job Summary: We are seeking a sewing operator to perform all types of sewing, work with patterns, cutting and adjustments, and garment construction, including prototype creation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform all types of sewing and work with patterns. 2. Operate specialized sewing machinery. 3. Create prototypes for samples. We are looking for a sewing operator to work in Redondela. Main responsibilities include performing all types of sewing, working with patterns, cutting and adjustments, as well as constructing darts and pleats. Operation of specific machinery such as flatbed machines, double-needle machines, overlock machines, and buttonhole machines will be required. Time will also be dedicated to creating prototypes for samples. A temporary contract with possible extension and full-time working hours is offered. Working hours are Monday to Friday on a split shift: 08:00–14:00 and 15:00–17:00, with weekends off. Salary will comply with the applicable collective agreement. Prior experience in complete garment construction and pattern interpretation, along with knowledge and practical experience in the textile sector, is highly valued. * Immediate availability. * Personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace. * Sewing, pattern-making, and fashion-related education is an advantage. * Minimum 1 year of experience in pattern-making, fashion, and sewing.
