Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse through efficient receipt, organization, and distribution of materials. Key Responsibilities: 1. We are currently seeking a **Warehouse Assistant**, tasked with ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse through efficient receipt, organization, and distribution of materials, guaranteeing stock availability and supporting the timely delivery of materials and tools to various construction sites. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive, identify, classify, and store materials in the warehouse. * Monitor warehouse inbound and outbound movements. * Prepare, identify, and store outgoing warehouse items. * Process orders and prepare delivery notes. * Participate in stock counts and inventories alongside the warehouse manager. * Manage the issuance of tools and materials. * Monitor minimum stock levels to prevent shortages. * Distribute materials to the company’s various construction sites. * Maintain warehouse cleanliness and order. * Collaborate with other departments on logistics management. * Perform other duties inherent to the role as assigned by management or the supervisor. **Job Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or delivery roles. Experience in HVAC or industrial refrigeration companies is desirable. * Basic computer literacy. * Valid driving license (Category B). **Required Education:** * Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or equivalent. * Desirable: knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or electronic components, or studies related to these fields.
