Your Role at Iberia In the blade workshop, TMAs perform virtually all aspects of repairing aerodynamic-profile components for turbine engines. To achieve this, the section incorporates, in a nearly self-contained manner, many working techniques used in other workshop sections—but specifically adapted for blade repair. Your Challenges: * Visual/dimensional inspection of aerodynamic profiles * Automated detailed dimensional inspection using CMM * Damage blending * Manual surface polishing * Vibro-polishing * Blade cleaning via degreasing * Application of anti-erosion coatings * Automated welding re-tip of aerodynamic profiles * Automated precision machining * Non-destructive testing by FPI Your Responsibilities: * Strict adherence to repair instructions and procedures * Compliance with applicable standards and procedures governing section activities * Proper use and care of tools provided * Use and preparation of consumables employed in processes * Adherence to housekeeping and cleanliness standards * Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations applicable to your activity Your Qualifications: Education * Intermediate or advanced vocational training in mechanical manufacturing-related fields or Aircraft Structural Assembler or Machining or Welding and Sheet Metal Work or Molding and Polymer Forming or Automation Experience . Experience in any field related to the indicated vocational specializations * Industrial experience in machining, quality control in manufacturing, and PLC programming will be especially valued * Any experience in aeronautical maintenance will be valued, particularly on engines or components * Proficiency and familiarity with computer tools * Proficiency with Office365 tools.
