Organizing the reception area and waiting room, ensuring optimal conditions (coffee, water, necessary materials). Cash handling, collections, and payments, ensuring accurate revenue management. Coordinating documentation for new patients and consent forms. Providing information regarding waiting times and consultation procedures. Coordinating with the physiotherapy team for proper appointment and patient management. **Requirements** Previous experience in reception or customer service, preferably in clinics or healthcare centers. Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and patient orientation. Proficiency with computer tools and appointment management software. A solution-oriented, responsible, and proactive individual.
