




Position Summary: We are seeking an After-Sales professional to ensure excellent customer service following machine delivery and to provide administrative and technical-operational support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Incident, breakdown, and damage management and tracking for machinery. 2. Coordination with the workshop and technical department. 3. Collaboration with the commercial team to provide rapid solutions to customers. At Gomariz Sistemas de Elevación, a leading company in the rental and service of aerial work platforms and industrial machinery, we are looking for an After-Sales professional for our Murcia branch. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent post-delivery customer service, providing both administrative and technical\-operational support in daily after-sales service management. Main Responsibilities Incident, breakdown, and damage management and tracking for machinery. Coordination with the workshop and technical department. Processing reports, insurance claims, damage documentation, and related paperwork. Customer contact and communication (telephone, email, and in-person). Monitoring and updating information in the system (ERP). Support in planning maintenance activities and mandatory inspections. Tracking the status of machinery at construction sites and upon return. Collaboration with the commercial team to provide rapid solutions to customers. Candidate Profile Intermediate/advanced level of English Prior experience in after-sales, customer service, or administration will be valued. Ability to organize, prioritize, and resolve incidents. Proficiency with computer tools and ability to learn internal software. Clear communication skills, professional demeanor, and customer orientation. Experience in machinery, automotive, or industrial environments is desirable. Proactive, responsible individual with strong time management skills.
