We are seeking a Personal Support for Office Manager to join our General Services Department. What will your responsibilities be? • Support for the Office Manager. • Receive and redirect any visitor or call to the appropriate department. • Ensure office and kitchen supplies required by all company departments. • Guarantee that resources are properly prepared for visits or meetings. • Coordinate transportation services contracted by the company. What do we expect from you? • Education: High School Diploma or Higher Vocational Training Certificate in Administration and Finance. • Minimum 6 months’ experience in reception or customer service (external/internal). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. • Fluent Catalan and Spanish. English level C1. • Immediate availability (considered a plus). • Residence near Sant Just Desvern (considered a plus). • Key competencies: • Communication skills (oral and written). • Organisational skills and attention to detail. • Friendliness. • Customer orientation. * Experience: 6 months.
