Job Responsibilities What will you do? * Sales, customer advice, and service, focused on conversion and closing deals. * Follow-up on quotations and sales opportunities. * Stock and inventory control. * Compliance with brand image guidelines and commercial campaign protocols. * Achieving or exceeding the commercial KPIs set by the company. * Managing financing options as a sales tool. * Administrative tasks and cash register collections. * Logistics tracking and management. Requirements * We seek professionals capable of autonomously managing a store, with at least 2 years of experience in face-to-face sales and results orientation. Experience in the sleep, furniture, or small appliances sectors is desirable, as is experience in other clearly commercial sectors such as insurance, real estate, or aesthetics. * Intermediate-level office software proficiency. * Availability to work standard business hours (Monday to Friday on split shifts, and Saturday mornings). * Proactive individuals with strong commercial and managerial orientation are required.
