Summary: We are looking for a shop manager to supervise and manage the store, lead the team, drive sales, and ensure compliance with quality standards. Highlights: 1. Driving sales and achieving objectives We are seeking a shop manager with at least one year’s experience in a similar role. The shop is located in the center of Olot and specializes in kitchen utensils. This is a full-time contract of 40 hours per week with one day off. The candidate will be responsible for the shop as well as for team management. Responsible for shop supervision and management; team management including daily leadership and motivation; driving sales and achieving objectives while ensuring their fulfillment; responsible for staff selection, training, mentoring, and managing work schedules and holidays; ensuring a positive working atmosphere in the shop; responsible for inventory management; ensuring compliance with quality standards and occupational health and safety (PRL) requirements in the shop. * Experience: 1 year. Prior experience as shop manager/retail manager is mandatory. * Spanish (spoken: Intermediate, written: Intermediate) * Catalan (spoken: Intermediate, written: Intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: Leadership ability, customer orientation, passion for sales, proactivity, responsibility, and conflict resolution skills * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary from '1790' to '1791'
