Location **Vigo – Cabral** Schedule and Working Hours * **Full-time schedule** * **Rotating shifts** * **Weekends with split shifts** * Rest days according to the shift roster Responsibilities **Cook** * Daily menu preparation for collective catering * Production organization and planning * Oversight of cleanliness, HACCP, and food safety * Coordination with the kitchen assistant **Kitchen Assistant** * Support in meal preparation * Food preparation * Cleaning and maintenance of workstations * Assistance during service Requirements * Previous experience in kitchen or collective catering (highly valued) * Ability to work effectively in a team * Responsibility and organizational skills * Residence in Vigo or surrounding areas * Availability for rotating shifts and weekends What We Offer * Stable contract * Full-time schedule * Continuous employment (not event-based) * Positive working environment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: €17,000.00–€30,000.00 per year Work Location: On-site employment
