




Job Summary: We are seeking a Research R&D Manager for Biomedical Research to oversee the end-to-end management of national and European projects, administrative coordination, and technical/economic monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Manages national and European biomedical R&D projects. 2. Conducts scientific-technical monitoring and economic management of projects. 3. Supports the preparation of new proposals and the search for funding. The University requires the incorporation of an R&D Manager for Biomedical Research. This position is funded by Next Generation EU European funds and initially entails part-time dedication until June, with potential extension to full-time and indefinite employment subject to funding availability. ##### **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage national and European R&D projects comprehensively. * Administratively coordinate participating entities and address consortium needs. * Conduct scientific-technical monitoring (milestone tracking, objective achievement, and schedule adherence). * Manage economic monitoring: budgets, invoicing, and financial justification. * Support the preparation of new proposals and the identification of funding opportunities. * Process documentation with regulatory bodies (AEMPS). * Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR and LOPDGDD). * Organize meetings, scientific events, and support communication and dissemination activities. ##### **Requirements:** * Higher Technician qualification in Project Management, Health Documentation and Administration, or equivalent. * Experience in managing biomedical research projects, clinical trials, or hospital-based innovation. * Experience in processing documentation with AEMPS. * Experience in administrative and economic project management. * Knowledge of data protection regulations. * Good command of Spanish and English. ##### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with regional, national (including ISCIII-FIS), and international funding calls. * Experience managing clinical trials in hospitals. * Proficiency in project management platforms (e.g., Quadrivium). * English language proficiency at B2 level or higher. * Experience coordinating consortia, collaborating with companies, or creating spin-offs.
