Job Summary: We are seeking an Agile Coach to lead and accelerate the adoption of agile methodologies and cultures, optimize processes, and redefine organizational transformation for early value delivery and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Stable project, professionally challenging, and supported by an excellent team. 2. Lead the adoption of new agile methodologies and cultures. 3. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Business Insights is a software development engineering firm specializing in building solutions that deliver value. We are experiencing a growth phase and wish to bring on board an **AGILE COACH** to work on a stable, professionally challenging project with an outstanding team. We believe innovation and creativity are essential in developing high-quality, customized IT solutions for our clients. We are a diverse team of highly skilled and technology-passionate engineers who collaborate to solve complex challenges and continuously enhance our capabilities. We would love for you to join our AGILE team. You will work closely with the Transformation Lead and other company areas (technology, organization, etc.), acting as a strategic catalyst and facilitator in reinventing how transformation is carried out within the project. Your role will be to lead and accelerate the adoption of new methodologies, innovative approaches, and agile cultures—not only optimizing processes but also redefining how the organization continuously transforms itself, enabling early value delivery, greater efficiency, and a sustainable, adaptive change culture. Your mission is to guide, orchestrate, and methodologically enable multidisciplinary teams—not only to enhance their performance and value delivery but also to profoundly transform practices and mindsets, aligning with the vision of an agile, innovative, and resilient company. In this process, you will facilitate each squad and tribe adopting working models that drive sustained and scalable transformation, effectively and distinctively contributing to the company’s strategic and cultural objectives. Main Responsibilities: * Facilitate implementation of hybrid and scalable frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Spotify Model, Large Scale Scrum), promoting a culture of collaboration, open innovation, and data- and real-feedback-driven continuous improvement. * Drive and scale the tribe-squad model and new ways of working (e.g., DevSecOps, Product Platforms, Value Streams) to catalyze deep transformation grounded in agility, continuous innovation, and results orientation. * Orchestrate and lead—alongside the AI Office—the adoption of emerging technologies (AI, automation, advanced analytics) and disruptive work models to transform the organization into an agile, adaptive, and sustained-value-oriented entity within a dynamic and competitive environment. * Identify opportunities to redefine and optimize “Playbooks”, working frameworks, and transformation models to accelerate decision-making; integrating Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and other modern methodologies to ensure effective, scalable, and customer-centric transformation. To perform this role effectively, we consider the following important: * Academic background: Bachelor’s or engineering degree in Project Management, Engineering, Information Technologies, Digital Transformation, or related fields. Postgraduate studies, MBA, or specialized certifications in agile methodologies and change management are valued. * Professional certifications: Scrum Master—Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I, PSM II) * Agile Frameworks: SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Agilist, LeSS (Large Scale Scrum) Practitioner * Project Management: PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2 Practitioner * Lean and Continuous Improvement: Lean Practitioner Certification, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen Facilitation Certification * DevSecOps / Automation: DevOps Foundation, Docker Certified Associate, Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), AWS/Azure DevOps Engineer * Digital Transformation / Innovation: Certified Digital Transformation Officer, Design Thinking Certification * Languages: Advanced English proficiency, both oral and written, to support communication in international environments and with multicultural teams. * Office tools: Advanced proficiency in productivity tools (Microsoft Office, …), project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, …), and collaboration platforms (MS Teams, …). Technical Competencies: * Extensive experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, LeSS). * Knowledge and experience in DevSecOps, product engineering platforms, CI/CD, automation, and emerging technologies. * Understanding of Lean principles, applying techniques to eliminate waste, optimize processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and organizational efficiency. * Ability to facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and training on agile methodologies and new ways of working. What Else Might Be Interesting and Valued? * Leadership and influence capabilities in complex, multicultural environments. * Results orientation with a focus on value and customer. * Strong communication, negotiation, and change management skills. * Proactive, innovative, and flexible profile with a mindset of continuous learning. * Experience managing projects in regulated or highly complex sectors, such as financial or insurance industries.
