Description

Position Summary: Comprehensive management of construction projects, from budgeting and quantity surveying to resolving on-site details and interacting with suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive role in the management of construction and urban planning projects. 2. Responsibility for key decisions and on-site resource planning. 3. Interaction with suppliers and management of final project documentation. Main responsibilities include project management, review of budgets and quantity surveys, preparation of certifications, resolution and decision-making regarding on-site details, analysis of tenders, and planning and management of on-site resources. Also responsible for ensuring completion of final project documentation and coordinating with suppliers for procurement. Professional experience of at least twelve months as a Technical Architect or Urban Planning Technician is preferred, along with academic training as a Higher Technician in Building Projects. The contract is permanent, full-time, with working hours from 08:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 18:00. Start date is as soon as possible, and the monthly gross salary is €1800.
