Description

Maintenance and cleaning of common areas in buildings in Llanes, such as entrances, staircases, corridors, and landings, with daily or weekly sweeping and mopping. Disinfection of frequently touched contact points is also carried out: elevator control panels, handrails, door handles, and mailboxes. In addition, cleaning of windows, mirrors in passageways, main entrance glass doors, and elevator glass panels is included. At least two years of prior experience in a similar position and a valid driving license (Class B) are required. This is a full-time temporary employment contract, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 to 14:30\. Salary is determined according to the Collective Agreement for Building and Premises Cleaning in the Principality of Asturias, with immediate start.
