Position Summary: Comprehensive marketing management, product development, and commercial communication, including product launches, packaging design, market analysis, and customer support. Includes conceptualizing and launching new products, designing packaging and labels in compliance with regulations of various countries. Market analysis is also conducted, identifying trends, analyzing competitors, and defining pricing positioning. Catalogs are updated and point-of-sale materials are created, such as display stands and signage. Support is provided to large retail customers for sell-out activities and for introducing new products into their stores. Additionally, an internal graphic designer is supervised, and collaboration occurs with the Sales, Quality, and Production departments to ensure strategic consistency. A university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communication is required, along with at least five years of experience in similar positions, preferably in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Advanced proficiency in office software and design tools at a coordination level is required. Demonstrable experience in product development, packaging design, and creation of commercial materials is highly valued. University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the FMCG sector. High-level proficiency in office software and design tools at a coordination level. Demonstrable experience in product development, packaging design, and creation of commercial materials.
