We are looking for professionals who want to **grow, innovate, and become part of a team where excellence is everyday practice.** **Join our team** **POSITION:** Operating Room Nurse. **Location:** Alcazar de San Juan (Ciudad Real) **Schedule**: Rotating morning and afternoon shifts **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Nursing. * Minimum of 3-6 months of experience in operating room. * Active nursing registration. **Responsibilities:** What will be your mission? * **Humanizing care: Personalized treatment and attention.** * Promote effective interdepartmental working relationships and collaborate efficiently as a team member to achieve departmental goals and objectives. * **Participate in training newly hired professionals and assigned students.** * Know and **ensure patients' rights and responsibilities.** * Coordinate with other healthcare teams, both within and outside the hospital, to **guarantee continuity of care.** * Perform **efficient management** of resources. * Know and **safely perform procedures** for administering medication via different routes. **What we offer** * Temporary part-time employment contract.
