You will experience continuous learning guided by a team of professionals specialized in Logistics and Operations, who will support and mentor you to ensure your development knows no limits. **What will be your mission?** Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will work to develop and maintain a robust, business-strategy-aligned demand forecast, acting as a liaison between departments and contributing to the optimization of the entire supply chain. **What will you learn and do on a day-to-day basis?** * You will learn how to build and adjust demand forecasts across all company channels using IBP to ensure an excellent service level. * You will actively participate in and coordinate the S&OP cycle—a key process for the company. * You will identify deviations between forecast and actual sales, analyze root causes, and propose action plans. * You will collaborate cross-functionally with various departments, developing a holistic business perspective and supporting production planning and component procurement to ensure optimal stock levels. * You will begin working with key KPIs (MAPE, BIAS, Service Level, etc.), learning how to analyze and leverage them as tools for continuous improvement and optimization. * You will contribute to managing and improving value chain flows, identifying opportunities and proposing improvements with team support. Preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Business Analytics, or related fields. * A Master’s degree in Logistics / Supply Chain is highly valued. * Advanced Excel skills are essential.
