As an SDR at FERO, you’ll be the first point of contact for eCommerce brands and a key driver of our sales pipeline. **What you’ll do** * Make outbound calls to eCommerce brands to introduce FERO and create interest * Qualify prospects and book meetings for the sales team * Keep clean and accurate notes in the CRM * Improve your outreach approach through coaching, feedback and testing * Share learnings from the market: objections, competitors and what’s landing well **Who you are** **Ambitious** – You want more than a standard 9–5\. **Coach­able** – You take feedback seriously and want to improve every week. **Resilient** – You’re comfortable hearing “no” and staying consistent. **Smart communicator** – High energy, clear, and confident on the phone. **Background (we’re open\-minded)** * No previous SaaS or sales experience required * 0–1 years in customer\-facing roles is a plus * Fluent English * Based in Madrid * Right to work in the Netherlands (no visa sponsorship) * **Some SDR / BDR experience is a plus,** **Our hiring process** * Apply – reviewed by our team * Short introductory call * Conversation with the founders * Practical sales exercise / role play * Fast\-track to offer **Interested?** Apply now and we’ll take it from there.
