We are currently looking for a candidate for the **TECHNICAL SERVICE COORDINATION** position. **What do we expect from you?** You will join the team responsible for managing the operational coordination of a field-based Technical Service team. Synchronizing and integrating activities, responsibilities, and resources to ensure maximum deadline efficiency. **Roles \+ Responsibilities** * You will manage service from order entry through planning, resource allocation, modifications, completion, and up to invoicing. * You will plan operations by aligning team competencies with customer requirements. Therefore, you will interact both internally and externally with customers. * You will manage schedules, orders, material procurement, certificates, tool allocation, and specialist technician assignments. You will also coordinate with our external Authorized Service Providers. Reporting KPIs and proposing improvement measures in case of deviations. * **Qualifications \+ Profile** * Prior experience in a similar role, preferably with technical or industry-related knowledge. * Proficiency in computer systems at user level (Word, Excel, SAP, Salesforce). * Highly analytical thinking to identify, examine, improve, and streamline work processes. * Proven ability to track tasks to completion and to adjust daily priorities dynamically while remaining goal-oriented. * Ability to recognize and address contradictions; analytical, methodical, and solution-oriented mindset to proactively identify solutions. * Demonstrated high-level decision-making, taking justifiable risks. * Ability to act independently and proactively. * Customer orientation and negotiation skills.
