**Description** --------------- We are seeking a professional for the position of **Process Controller**, with experience in **analysis and control of productive operations**, focused on **optimizing plant performance**. Specialist in using **continuous improvement tools** (Lean, Six Sigma, KPIs, root cause analysis) and in **managing, analyzing, and interpreting plant data** to support decision-making. Ability to standardize processes, identify deviations, propose sustainable improvements, and support achievement of productivity, quality, and cost objectives—working cross-functionally with operational and engineering departments. **Responsibilities** ------------- 1\. **Lead Implementation of Continuous Improvement Foundations in Packaging:** * Supervise review and definition of roles, functions, and responsibilities within the Human Organization. * Ensure establishment of data collection systems and dashboards to obtain KPIs per shift/day/week/month. * Launch and maintain the **Daily and Weekly Plant Management Communication System**, including routines such as Top 5, Face-to-Face, Top 20, and Top 60—engaging all personnel from operators to senior management. * Launch and manage the **Improvement Ideas System**. * Standardize tasks and responsibilities of Middle Management (Supervisor’s Routine). 2\. **Support Operational Process Optimization:** * Actively participate in and lead application of Lean Manufacturing tools, including **SMED** workshops (reduction of changeover times), **GRP/TPM** (reduction of unplanned stoppages), and **Hoshin/Speed Up** (analysis and standardization of tasks, staffing levels, and speeds). * Collaborate in analysis and standardization of planning processes (PIC-PDP-PrP), as well as in managing Finished Goods (FG) and Work-in-Progress (WIP) inventory. 3\. **Knowledge Capitalization and Sustainability:** * Ensure standardization of developed best practices and methodologies. * Create and maintain the **continuous improvement system**. * Plan extension of these methodologies to other plant areas. **Offered** ------------- Employment starting January 2026 under a permanent contract, with a professional development plan at the Paterna plant—one of the group’s five manufacturing facilities. **Requirements** --------------- Industrial Organization Engineering degree, with training in Lean methodologies. Strong analytical capability, goal-oriented mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization. Specific training in this field will be valued; practical experience is not mandatory. Strong academic record and leadership and communication skills. **Salary Range** ------------------ €24,000–€26,000 annually
