**CLASSROOM SUPPORT** *At the Tortosa (Tarragona) Classroom, Fundació Resilis* **Exclusive position for individuals aged over 16 and under 30, beneficiaries of the National Youth Guarantee System and registered as unemployed jobseekers (DONO).** The classroom at the reception centre is a complementary resource aimed at developing basic competencies and supporting instrumental training for adolescents receiving services, who often exhibit low academic performance, learning and concentration difficulties, and resistance to theoretical learning frameworks. For foreign young people, achieving a minimum level of literacy is essential to access the appropriate educational resource (Reception Classroom). **Functions to be performed:** * Establish a teaching\-learning relationship. * Design and implement the classroom’s educational and activity programme. * Adapt the curriculum to students’ learning pace and abilities. * Conduct ongoing monitoring and assessment of students’ progress. * Provide necessary resources and guidelines enabling students to develop individual study and work habits. * Participate in drafting documents and evaluating the classroom’s operation. * Share with the centre’s multidisciplinary team information regarding the assigned responsibilities and adolescent training functions, ensuring that classroom interventions are taken into account and overall coherence is achieved. **Requirements:** * Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education. * Be over 16 and under 30 years of age. * Be a beneficiary of the National Youth Guarantee System. * Be registered as an unemployed jobseeker (DONO) with the Public Employment Service of Catalonia and possess the capacity to formalise a training employment contract for professional practice at the time of signing. * In compliance with Article 13\.5 of Organic Law 1/1996 on the Legal Protection of Minors, a valid **Criminal Record Certificate for sexual offences**, issued by the Central Registry, is required prior to contracting. **Offered:** 1 full-time training contract (100% working hours) for 12 months. **Start date:** January\-February 2026 **Working hours:** * Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays: 8:00–14:30 * Tuesdays and Thursdays: 8:00–14:30 and 16:30–18:30 **Collective agreement:** Group II: Graduate Senior Technician **Salary:** €1650.02 gross, 100% working hours, paid in 14 installments.
