At **Adarve Jardines y Paisajismo**, a company specialized in the maintenance and design of gardens and outdoor spaces, we are seeking to hire a **Maintenance Supervisor** to coordinate and supervise the work of our teams. **Main responsibilities** * Coordination and supervision of maintenance teams. * Organization of daily tasks and work planning. * Quality control of services performed. * Identification and resolution of incidents related to gardens, irrigation, swimming pools, and general maintenance. * Direct communication with clients and the office. * Control of materials, tools, technical requirements, and vehicle fleet. * Operational support in maintenance tasks when required. * Monitoring and follow-up of incidents, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. **Requirements** * Agricultural engineering training or any other qualification related to the position will be considered an asset. * Prior experience in a similar role (experience in gardening and maintenance is valued). * Leadership and team organization skills. * Basic knowledge of irrigation, gardening, general maintenance, and swimming pools (valued). * Responsible, solution-oriented, and proactive individual. * Valid driver’s license category B (mandatory). * Language skills (English is valued). **We offer** * Opportunity to join an established and growing company. * Positive working environment. * Job stability. * Terms negotiable according to experience. * Professional development opportunities. * Company mobile phone. * Monday to Friday: 8:00\-16:00, on-site.
