Monday to Thursday: 9:00–14:00 and 15:00–18:00; Friday: 8:00–15:00. Salary: €1782 × 14 annual payments. Mandatory requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Law or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of experience in remote customer service, sales, or support within banking or digital channels. Knowledge of: \- Marketing of financial products. \- Digital customer service and internal regulations. \- Remote contracting procedures. English proficiency level B2 is valued. Responsibilities: Sale of digital products; customer service; target management. Market products and services remotely. Serve members via telephone, email, and social networks. Implement the entity’s commercial strategy through digital channels. Obtain and maintain required certifications for remote service. Ensure regulatory compliance in all processed operations. Manage credit card applications via digital channels (subject to authorization). Monitor KPIs and action plans for the ADS channel. Collaborate in improving non-face-to-face commercial processes.
