The selected candidate will be responsible for carrying out tire repair, inspection, and management tasks, both in the workshop and on the road, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in every intervention. ***Main Responsibilities*** Internal communication: inform the supervisor about repairs carried out, parts used, and any issues detected during work. Compliance with regulations: ensure compliance with all workplace safety standards. Execution of work orders: carry out tasks assigned by the workshop supervisor, ensuring their correct completion. Tool maintenance: prepare, place, and adjust the necessary tools for daily operations. Planning and coordination: collaborate with the workshop manager and maintenance team in organizing and prioritizing repairs, considering urgency and vehicle condition. Stock management: receive new tires, conduct inventory counts, verify delivery notes, and coordinate documentation with the administrative department. Management of dismounted tires: identify and classify removed tires, assess whether they are suitable for retreading or must be discarded, and record their condition through photographic and documentary controls. On-road tasks: respond to incidents on highways, traveling in the service van to perform repairs within the assigned area.
