




Position Summary: Umi Activa seeks a Support Healthcare Manager in Madrid to handle patient calls, coordinate appointments with medical staff and centers, manage administrative support, and follow up on patient data. Key Responsibilities: 1. Schedule appointments with physicians and nurses. 2. Coordinate with contracted centers for medical reports and appointments. 3. Provide on-site administrative support at the clinic. **Umi****vale Activa**, a mutual insurance company collaborating with Spain’s Social Security system that guarantees advisory services to companies and assistance in protecting workers, requires a Support Healthcare Manager for its Madrid workplace. Among other duties, and reporting directly to the Area Manager, the candidate will be responsible for the following functions: * Contact patients by phone to schedule appointments with physicians and nurses; manage appointment calendars. * Liaise with contracted centers to request appointments, follow-up reports, etc. * Contact companies or offices to request affiliation data; handle cases of untraceable patients. * Send and track burofax notifications; handle cases of untraceable patients. * Provide administrative support at the clinic where the candidate works on-site (e.g., initiating procedures, etc.) WE OFFER: * Permanent contract. * Full-time schedule of 1,692 annual working hours. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–14:00 and 16:00–18:00. * 27 working days of vacation per year. * Initial and ongoing training, committed to professional development. * Start date: early April. * Vocational Training Certificate (Intermediate Level) in Nursing Care Assistance. * Proficiency in ICT tools, office software, and Microsoft Office suite. * Residence in San Sebastián de los Reyes or surrounding areas.
