We seek a **proactive, dynamic, multidisciplinary, and solution-oriented individual** for the position of **Administrative-Accounting Assistant.** An excellent opportunity to grow professionally within a solid company and a positive working environment, while facing new challenges daily. **Responsibilities** * Digitization of received and issued invoices, either through verification of scanning at source or scanning after receipt. * Issuing invoices via the computer application. * Accounting for received expense invoices in the assigned cost center. * Preparing payment proposals for received invoices, following verification of payment authorization. * Reconciliation of cash or bank card collection accounts. * Review of received invoices and their corresponding supporting documentation. **Essential Requirements** * Vocational training in administration or accounting. * One year’s experience in a similar role. * Intermediate level of Excel proficiency. * Intermediate level of English. * SAP knowledge will be considered a plus. **What We Offer** * Opportunity for professional growth in administration and finance. * Office-based work with flexible start times and one day of remote work per week. * International environment. * Salary: €25–26k gross annual.
