Waiter/Waitress

Description

We are looking for a waiter or waitress for an establishment. Duties include setting tables with tableware, cutlery, and glassware; preparing the dining area; and checking beverage stock levels. You will also greet and seat customers, present the menu, advise on dishes and wine pairings, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure everything meets their satisfaction. Additionally, you will prepare bills, collect payments in cash or by card, and manage cash register closing procedures. Cleaning and disinfecting tables, the bar counter, and common areas is essential to maintain hygiene and safety, always complying with food safety regulations. You will work closely with the kitchen and the rest of the team. Previous experience in a similar position is mandatory, along with agility, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Immediate availability is required. A permanent full-time contract is offered, with salary according to the collective agreement.
