Cogeneration Plant Operator

Description

We are seeking a cogeneration plant operator for a stable, indefinite-duration position. Working hours will be full-time, organized in rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night. Key responsibilities include continuous monitoring and control of engine operating parameters. Preventive and basic corrective maintenance tasks will also be performed on the facility’s mechanical and electrical systems. The candidate will be responsible for recording operational data in shift logs and management systems, as well as identifying and resolving incidents to ensure maximum availability and efficiency. Strict compliance with safety regulations and maintaining order and cleanliness in work areas are fundamental aspects of this role. For the candidate profile, having a personal vehicle and a valid Class B driver’s license is mandatory. Training in Electromechanical Maintenance, Electricity, or Mechanics—and prior demonstrable experience in industrial or cogeneration plants—will be highly valued. We seek a proactive individual capable of working effectively in a team and strongly results-oriented. Immediate availability for commencement is an important consideration. Regarding economic conditions, an annual gross salary of €18.017,26 is offered, subject to review and potential improvement based on the candidate’s experience and expertise contributed to the team.
