




Job Summary: We are seeking a baker/pastry chef to prepare puff pastries and bakery products, including dough preparation, confectionery machinery operation, and dessert decoration, while maintaining order and hygiene. Simple cake and dessert decoration In Gijón (Asturias), we are looking for a person to prepare puff pastries and bakery products. Duties will include assisting in the preparation of various doughs, weighing and measuring ingredients for cakes, breads, and desserts, always following established recipes. The candidate will also operate confectionery-specific machinery such as ovens and mixers, and perform simple decorations on cakes and desserts. Maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area is essential, complying with food safety and hygiene regulations. Previous experience in puff pastry and bakery production is required, as well as knowledge of sweet pastry making. This position offers a full-time temporary employment contract, with working hours from 6:00 to 13:00 and a gross monthly salary of 1\.425 euros.
