




Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Technician for technical support in a textile company, managing incidents, administering licenses, maintaining databases, and implementing system improvements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Incident management and IT license administration 2. Database maintenance and equipment stock control 3. SAP system enhancements and process automation An IT Technician is required to provide support to a textile company located in Villagonzalo de Pedernales. Main responsibilities will include incident management via ticketing system, IT license administration, and processing requests for acquiring new IT equipment. Effective communication with IT service providers, telecommunications vendors, and other digital solution suppliers will also be essential. The role further encompasses database maintenance, hardware inventory management, equipment stock control, implementation of SAP system enhancements, and development of scripts to automate management processes and data cleansing. Working hours will be full-time, 40 hours per week, scheduled Monday through Friday, respecting legally mandated breaks. * One or two years’ experience performing duties similar to those described in this job posting. * We seek a proactive, organized, methodical, and communicative individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * Knowledge of databases (SQL). * Proficiency in Microsoft 365. * Programming knowledge is desirable. Technical degree in IT or related field.
