




Position Summary: An Administrative Assistant is sought for support tasks in Avilés, managing telephone and in-person customer and supplier service, logistics, invoice registration, bank reconciliation, and basic accounting. Provides support in dealings with public agencies and data entry. A person is sought to perform administrative support tasks in Avilés (Asturias). The role involves managing telephone and in-person service for both customers and suppliers. Daily responsibilities include logistical tasks, invoice registration, bank reconciliation, and basic financial accounting. Additionally, support is required in dealings with public agencies and accurate data entry into the company’s databases. To qualify for this position, it is mandatory to hold a disability certificate of 33% or higher, or to have been granted permanent disability compatible with these duties. A full-time temporary employment contract is offered. Working hours will be agreed directly with the company, and salary conditions will follow those stipulated in the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement.
